Since your satisfaction is our priority, we have established clear conditions under which you may request a refund in the early stages of counseling.
Refund Conditions
1. Timeframe: If, within the first five sessions, the counseling process is not satisfactory or a serious issue arises, the client may submit a refund request.
2. Review Process: The management team will carefully review your request, listen to your reasons, and also consult with the counselor involved.
3. Decision: If the reasons provided are deemed valid and acceptable, the refund will be approved.
4. Payment Deadline: Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days to the same account used for the original payment.
Important Notes
Refunds apply only to sessions held within the first five sessions.
After this period, refund requests will not be accepted.
Refund requests for each session must be submitted within 7 days after the session takes place.
